Dry & Clean Process

Dry-Process: The dry-process (also known as the natural method) produces coffee that is heavy in body, sweet, smooth, and complex.  The dry-process is often used in countries where rainfall is scarce and long periods of sunshine are available to dry the coffee properly.  Most coffees from Indonesia, Ethiopia, Brazil, and Yemen are dry-processed.

Dry & Clean Process: It is a Dry traditional coffee production but pay more attention to cleanliness. To get rid of smell unpleasant and make a sweet and mellow taste that is uniquely in Dry Process.

At first, sorting the ripen seeds and makes it clean then put them on a bamboo grille to drying. This manner makes coffee beans clean, we do not lay them on ground or cement floor. We spread a thin layer of coffee beans and invert them all hours with carefully. The coffee beans are fermented smell spoiled. It is takes time about 20-30 days depends on light intensity to makes them dry and the humidity not up to 13% and packed the coffee beans in hemp sacks. Store in a clean house, good ventilated and no damp. Incubating coffee beans in a house for 90 days before graze them into coffee substance.

From the above process, it makes coffee smells clean , get a complex taste, sweet from a flesh of coffee,  full bodies of tasty and acidity. This coffee has own identity and interesting.


 

Solid State Fermentation Process

Solid State Fermentation is a high coffee process innovation which fermentation dried coffee beans with special selected enzyme by  Vagaso. In the process, factors such as time, temperature, pressure, light and PH value are in control at every stage.

Coffee that has been fermented by enzymes, the biochemical qualifications will be changed to be good; aroma is unique, soften taste, the bitterness is down and complex flavors.

In addition, coffee is fermented by enzymes will  be increase GABA significantly. (Gamma Amino Butyric Acid) GABA  is a nutrient which good for body  health and the nervous systems. They will help  the people who drink get relaxed.

Solid State Fermentation is a natural enzymes process that factors are in controlled. It is similar to fermentation in a sac of animals. When we take Solid State Fermentation to use as coffee process,it looks similar to the process of Kopi Luwak, or other animals. But this process does not want to have a taste and smell like coffee Kopi Luwak. We wish to get good taste, smell good and unique altogether.

Furthermore, GABA still enhance memory systems, or reactivate and strength muscle up too. Coffee Solid State Fermentation is the process of palliative coffee. Every time you drink coffee, so called.
