Arabica
Arabica is planted and maintained quite difficult. Must plant in a high areas and suitable temperature hereby gives a good quality coffee. The plant areas must be height of 1000 meters above sea level. The appropriate temperature is at 15-25 degrees Celsius and a relative humidity is more than 60%. Mainly, plant in the north of Thailand. Arabica coffee have less caffeine than Robusta. Mostly, roasted and brewed by filter and called "Fresh coffee"
Arabica Doi Pha Daeng is a good Arabica breed, plant on an area of Doi Pha Daeng where is next to Doi Ang Khang ( Amphoe Chai Prakan ,Chiangmai Province). The plant areas are height of 1400-1600 meters above sea level. The weather is cold, it is average around 15 degrees Celsius in summer and lower in winter. On the luxuriant soil, Arabica coffee is grown under the shade of fruits tree variously. The Yunnan – Chinese people take a very good care of them. The high and cold weather make Doi Pha Daeng coffee beans get ripe slowly but plenary, good smell , sweet and smooth, unique , different and tasty.

Violet Vagaso
Vagaso Violet - Robusta coffee is caused by mutations but good features. The trunk , leaves and seeds are purple. Bitter, intense and aromatic good smell. It is unique and gives high caffeine than general Robusta which suitable for those who love strong coffee. If you want to get an exotic and unique taste, you can blend Vagaso Violet with other coffee.
Vagaso Violet has a patent, the rights of company to propagate and encourage the planting. It is an alternative for the coffee industry development.
